These terms govern your use of OneFold. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Who you are contracting with
OneFold is a product of NextIQum AI, which owns and operates the service. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean NextIQum AI. Any agreement you enter into by using OneFold is with NextIQum AI, and notices to us can be sent to hello@nextiqumai.com.
The service
OneFold generates ecommerce listing content, images, and pricing suggestions from product photos, and can publish products to stores you connect. Outputs are generated by AI and may require review and editing before use.
Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to upload each product photo and to sell each product you list.
- You are responsible for reviewing generated content for accuracy, legality, and fit before publishing.
- You are responsible for the prices you set. See our AI Pricing Disclaimer.
- You must comply with the terms of any marketplace you connect, including Shopify and WooCommerce.
Acceptable use
Do not use OneFold to create misleading, infringing, unlawful, or harmful listings, or to upload content you do not have the rights to. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
AI-generated content
AI output can contain errors or omissions. OneFold does not warrant that generated titles, descriptions, specifications, images, or prices are accurate or complete. You are the final editor and publisher of everything you send to your store.
Availability
We work to keep OneFold reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneFold is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions made using its output, including pricing and publishing decisions.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
