Who controls your data
OneFold is a product of NextIQum AI. NextIQum AI is the data controller for the information described below, and "we" throughout this policy means NextIQum AI. For any privacy request: access, correction, export or deletion: contact hello@nextiqumai.com.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Product content you upload: the photos, hints, and listing text you create with OneFold.
- Store connections: the credentials needed to publish to your Shopify or WooCommerce store. These are encrypted at rest and used only to publish on your behalf.
- Usage data: basic logs (pages, actions, errors) that help us keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use it
- To generate listings, images, and pricing suggestions from your uploads.
- To publish products to the stores you connect, when you ask us to.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the service.
AI processing
To generate a listing, your product photo and details are sent to our AI providers (for text and image generation) solely to produce your output. We do not sell your content, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure and AI providers required to run the service, and only as needed to deliver the features you use. We do not sell personal information.
Security
Store credentials are encrypted at rest, traffic is served over HTTPS, and access is limited. See our Security page for more detail.
Your choices
- You can edit or delete your listings and generated images at any time.
- You can disconnect a store, which removes its stored credentials.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data via contact.
