OneFold is early. Here is exactly how early.
Most tools in this category describe what they are going to be. This is what OneFold does today, what it does not do yet, and what it will not do at all, so you can judge it on the real thing rather than the brochure.
Working today
Used every day, and covered by the automated tests we run before every release.
- One photo becomes a full listing: title, description, metafields, alt text and a suggested price range
- Publishing to Shopify and WooCommerce, always as a draft you approve
- Bulk upload, on every plan including Free
- Rejection pre-flight against Amazon, Etsy, eBay and Shopify rules, plus EU product-safety (GPSR): useful even where you list by hand
- Continuous monitoring of your published listings, on paid plans
- Phone photos up to 20MB, HEIC included, resized in your browser before upload
- A ready-to-paste Vinted version of every listing: title cut to what their search shows, brand, size and colour laid out, condition always asked and never guessed
Not built yet
Named here because finding out later is worse than reading it now.
- Publishing to Etsy, eBay or Amazon. We can already check a listing against their rules, but there is no way to connect those accounts, so we cannot send anything to them.
- Publishing to Vinted. Their integrations API is open only to businesses Vinted approves by hand. Your Vinted version is ready to paste today; one-click publishing ships if and when they let us in.
- Reading stock levels or prices back from your store. The sync is one-way today: we pull your catalogue, we do not push inventory.
- A Shopify App Store listing. You connect a store with your own access token: about two minutes, and we walk you through it.
Deliberately not doing
These are choices, not gaps, and they are not going to change.
- No keyword rank tracking. Amazon and Etsy do not publish rank in their APIs and scraping it breaks their terms, so a rank number for those channels is a guess dressed as data. We report what can be measured: whether your keywords are still in the listing, and whether anything now blocks it from publishing.
- Nothing goes live on its own. Every listing lands in your store as a draft.
- No invented product facts. If the AI cannot see it in your photo, it asks you rather than filling the field with something plausible.
- No fabricated reviews or logos on this site. When we have customers willing to be named, they will appear here, and not before.
Who builds it
OneFold is built by a small team at NextIQum AI and launched in 2026. Being early means some of the list above is unfinished, and it means the people building it read every message you send.
How this page stays true
Everything above is checked against the code by an automated test that runs before every release. If a capability listed as working stops working, or something listed as unbuilt gets built and nobody updates this page, the build fails. That is deliberate: a marketing page that drifts away from the product is how honest companies end up making claims they cannot keep.
If you find something on this site that the product does not actually do, tell us through the contact page and we will treat it as a bug, because it is one.
